Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Eaton Community School District until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 for construction of the New Board Office for the Eaton Community School District located at 302 Eaton Lewisburg Road, Eaton, Ohio, 45320. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Eaton Treasurer’s Office, 312 N. Barron Street, Eaton, Ohio, 45320. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the Treasurer’s Office at 312 N. Barron Street, Eaton, Ohio, 45320 at 12:05 P.M. on July 29, 2014.
Vision & Hearing Screening

As mandated by the Ohio Revised Code 3313.69 Eaton Community Schools Health Services will screen vision & hearing of all students in grades K, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and students new to the district, or as requested by staff or parent. Parents will be notified by mail if physician follow-up is recommended.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CHILD’S 2014-2015 BUS TRANSPORTATION
Request for Change in Transportation
If you submitted a Request for Change in Transportation form for the 2013-2014 school year, it will not carry over for the 2014-2015 school year. A new form must be submitted each year.
- Request for Change in Transportation forms are available at each of the district’s school buildings and on the district website.
- A separate Request for Change in Transportation form must be completed for each child.
If a Request for Change in Transportation form is not completed by you and returned to Eaton Community Schools by Monday August 4, 2014, your child will be scheduled for pick- up and drop-off at your home address Wednesday August 13, 2014 through Friday August 15, 2014. Any Request for Change in Transportation received after Monday August 4, 2014, will start on the p.m. route Monday August 18, 2014.
